I thought it was good overall. I don’t really have much else to add, but it worked out fine for me.

The communication wasn’t great. Updates came later than expected, and I had to follow up a few times just to find out what was going on. Compared to what other people seem to experience elsewhere, this felt slow and frustrating

I ordered from ecoden.com and, to be honest, I was a bit disappointed with the quality. It looked much nicer in the photos, but once it arrived, the materials felt kind of flimsy and not really worth the price. Shipping was fine, so no issue there, but I do think it’s only fair to expect something that feels more durable when you’re paying for it. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve the materials

It took a bit longer than I expected, and at first I kind of assumed it was going nowhere because that’s usually the shortcut my brain takes when things drag on. But to be fair, the issue did get fixed eventually, so I’m okay with how it turned out

Nothing was leaking, cracked, or broken, which is the main thing I always worry about after a package has been through shipping. It actually reminded me of past orders from other places where something arrived damaged, so I was happy this one was hassle-free. There was maybe a bit more extra paper inside than needed, but overall it was a good experience. 4 stars from me.

I got my refund faster than I expected, which was nice. I do wish the instructions had been a bit clearer along the way, but overall it was a smooth experience

I think this arrived right on time, maybe Tuesday or Wednesday, I can’t remember exactly, but the shipping itself wasn’t really the issue. The box looked rough when it got here, and one corner of the item had a small dent in it.

Nothing was actually broken, so I decided to just keep it. For the price, though, I expected better packaging. It works fine, but it didn’t feel great pulling it out of the box already looking a little damaged.

I really wanted to like this, but it broke after about two weeks of normal use, so durability is definitely not there. On top of that, I had to keep going through the same verification steps over and over, which got annoying fast. Overall, disappointing...

Well... I ordered from them once and everything felt legit. No weird issues or anything, so I’d say they seem trustworthy based on my experience

I tried to get help with a warranty issue, but it just went nowhere. The replies took forever, and when they did respond, it was mostly basic stuff that didn’t actually fix anything. It kind of felt like they were just avoiding the problem instead of trying to help. Frustrating after paying for the product and thinking it was supposed to be covered..

I had a bad experience trying to get help from the staff. They kept giving me short answers and didn’t really answer my questions. It felt like I was bothering them just by asking. Really not what I expected, and I don’t think I’ll be using them again.

Tried to exchange my order was way more frustrating than it needed to be. Had to wait forever for replies, then kept repeating the same info over and over. Never really got a clear update either. Just not worth the stress. Wouldn’t order again if exchanges are this difficult

I ordered from Ecoden and, as far as I could tell, the payment process felt safe. It went through the usual secure checkout and I got the confirmation email quickly, which made me feel better about it.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the payment page loaded a little slowly, and maybe I was overthinking it, but it made me nervous for a moment. Nothing strange happened afterward though, no odd charges or problems, so overall it was okay.

I tried using ecoden.com and just gave up after a while. The pages were slow, and finding basic info felt like way more work than it should be. I kept clicking around in circles and still wasn’t sure where to go next.

The layout also felt messy on my phone, and some of the buttons weren’t clear at all. Maybe the product itself is decent, but the website made it annoying to even check properly. And when companies respond with those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” apologies, it just makes it feel even less helpful

I ordered from ecoden.com and the product itself was fine, no real complaints there. It showed up ok and did what I needed it to do.

But the shipping cost was kinda ridiculous for what I was buying. I didn’t really notice how much it was until checkout and then I was like, wait what?? It made the whole order feel way less worth it tbh.

I might order again if the delivery fee was lower, but right now probably not. Just feels annoying when shipping is almost the same price as the item itself, you knwo?
